On Sunday, October 19TH a special Mass will be celebrated at St. John’s Cathedral with Bishop Sweeney honoring parishioners throughout the diocese who are exemplary volunteers. This year OLM has nominated Carol Mangani and Felix & Maureen Pizzulli. The Pizzullis’ have been instrumental for the past 62 yrs. in the development of our parish from building our school and church to volunteering in many ministries. Even to this day, Felix can be seen as a faithful usher at 5pm Mass. Carol Mangani has been a devoted volunteer. Beginning with Religious Education, First Saturday Rosary, Evangelization, faith sharing groups, Carmelites and much more. Carol’s deep faith continues to be an inspiration to our community. OLM is extremely grateful to the Pizzulli family and Carol Mangani. May God continue to bless you!

BUTLER/KINNELON VETERANS WREATHS ACROSS AMERICA 5:00 – 8:00 PM – DINE-IN ONLY! LOCATION: 1204 NJ-23, Butler By taking part in this fundraiser, you are helping to recognize those who have given the ultimate sacrifice. We cannot tell you how much your generosity Is appreciated! The funds generated will be used to purchase wreaths placed at the gravesites of our local veterans in OLM and local cemeteries.

Several Sources Shelters are very thankful for your generous donations of $3,300 collected at their appeal to OLM parish. May our Lord bless you for helping our mothers and babies.

We are currently forming a committee for the Women’s Day of Reflection. Please consider joining our committee which is forming now! Our first committee meeting will be on Thursday, October 9th @ 11 AM in the Parish House. The Ladies Guild Christmas Wreath Sale is underway. You can purchase beautiful Pacific Northwest evergreen wreaths by dropping your order form (see full page in this bulletin) with payment into the order box in the Narthex, mailing your order to the Parish Office or directly placing you order on the OLM website.
